This three CD set contains selections of classical music designed to inspire
creative movement and dance, and serves as a companion to John Feierabend's
The
Book of Movement Exploration. Based on Feierabend’s theories of
music and movement development, these pieces are organized into themes
adapted from the work of movement specialist Rudolf von Laban including:
