The Studio 49 Series 1000 offers high quality instruments
in a compact style for easy transportation and storage. The SM 1000 has
aluminum bars measuring 30 x 6 mm. The pitch range is c2-a3 diatonic, with c1
being middle C. Each instrument comes with f-sharp and b-flat bars, and
one pair of CS 55 mallets. The patented resonator box is made of pine with
multiple resonance chambers for excellent sound quality. Attached handles
are incorporated into the design for carrying ease. The SM 1000 coordinates
with chromatic extension H-SM 1000.
