The Studio 49 BM 2000 bass metallophone with harmonic
overtone tuning, has high quality profiled aluminum sound bars measuring 45 x 12
mm, giving a tone that is balanced and warm. The pitch range is c-a1
diatonic, with c1 being middle C. Each instrument comes with f-sharp and
b-flat bars, and one pair of S 3 mallets. The resonator box is made of pine
with multiple resonance chambers for excellent sound quality. Attached
handles are incorporated into the design for carrying ease. The BM 2000
coordinates with chromatic extension H-BM 2000.
